Sr. Purchasing Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Sr. Purchasing Supervisor to manage day‑to‑day procurement for HVAC service, maintenance and installation projects. The role involves sourcing local and international suppliers, negotiating pricing, and ensuring timely material availability for our technical teams.

Key responsibilities

• Handle purchasing activities for HVAC, MEP, firefighting and swimming‑pool related materials.
• Source and develop new suppliers, both domestic and overseas.
• Obtain quotations, compare prices and negotiate competitive terms.
• Coordinate with service and technical teams to understand material and spare‑part requirements.
• Support international purchasing, including quotations, shipping and basic import procedures.
• Track purchase orders, deliveries and shipment status.
• Maintain supplier relationships and identify alternative sources.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement procedures and keep basic purchasing records.

Required profile

• 3 to 5 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, logistics or inventory management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or a related field.
