Supply Chain Coordinator

About the role

The Supply Chain Coordinator will ensure efficient planning, coordination, monitoring, and execution of all supply chain activities. This includes managing inventory, purchase orders, supplier relationships, shipment tracking, and maintaining accurate records and reports.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and place purchase orders based on forecasts and stock requirements.
• Follow up with suppliers on order confirmations, production schedules, and shipment readiness.
• Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries.
• Monitor lead times and communicate potential delays.
• Track stock levels, coverage, and identify slow‑moving, fast‑moving, and critical items.
• Prepare regular inventory status and stock coverage reports.
• Maintain supply chain monitoring sheets, trackers, and ensure data accuracy.
• Generate weekly and monthly supply chain reports for management.
• Monitor inbound shipments, customs clearance, and update shipment tracking reports.
• Maintain supplier payment tracking sheets and coordinate with Finance for timely payments.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or inventory management.
• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
• Excellent follow‑up and organizational skills.
• Ability to collaborate with suppliers, logistics providers, sales teams, and finance departments.
• Good communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
