Technical Project Manager

About the role

Boutiqaat is seeking a Technical Project Manager to bring clarity to complex, cross‑functional technology initiatives. You will act as the central hub linking Product, Engineering, QA, Business, and Technology teams, ensuring alignment, visibility of risks, and on‑track delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Translate business and product requirements into clear plans, timelines, and milestones.
• Build and maintain realistic schedules for Engineering and QA, tracking daily progress and flagging slippages.
• Coordinate dependencies across Frontend, Backend, ERP, Integrations, Infrastructure, and third‑party systems.
• Facilitate sprint ceremonies (planning, daily stand‑ups, reviews, retrospectives) and keep Jira up‑to‑date with ownership, priorities, and status.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, blockers, scope changes, and delivery delays.
• Provide structured updates on progress, risks, decisions required, and timeline impact.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in Technical Project Management, IT Project Management, or technology delivery.
• Proven experience working closely with engineering teams in product‑led, digital or e‑commerce environments.
• Strong understanding of technology delivery, cross‑team coordination, and the Software Development Life Cycle.
• Fluent English communication skills.

Required skills

• Jira or similar project/delivery management platforms.
• Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
• Agile delivery practices.
• Working knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
