AH-64E Instructor / Operator

About the role

V2X Inc is seeking an experienced AH‑64E Instructor/Operator to deliver high‑quality simulator training for the Kuwaiti Air Force at Ali Al Salem Air Base. The role combines flight instruction, tactical training, and technical management of the TADSS simulator platform. You will work directly with U.S. and host‑nation personnel to ensure mission‑ready aircrew.

Key responsibilities

• Provide advanced AH‑64E flight instruction following U.S. Army Aircrew Training Manuals, including instrument, NVG, and emergency procedures.
• Develop, configure, and monitor simulator scenarios, fault insertion, and weather conditions for realistic training events.
• Evaluate student performance, conduct check‑rides, and produce after‑action reviews and training records.
• Maintain simulator readiness through inspections, equipment troubleshooting, and coordination of HVAC/generator services.
• Serve as subject‑matter expert for curriculum development, SOP authoring, and host‑nation liaison.

Required profile

• U.S. citizen with a valid passport and prior AH‑64E Instructor Pilot experience at company level or higher.
• Bachelor’s degree and graduation from the U.S. Army AH‑64E Instructor Pilot and Methods of Instruction course (AH‑64Ev6 preferred).
• Strong English communication skills and ability to work overtime, travel, and lift up to 50 lb.
