Analyst – Business Process Automation

About the role

The Analyst – Business Process Automation will support the design, development, and implementation of automation initiatives across the bank. Working closely with business units, the analyst will gather requirements, build automation workflows, and ensure solutions are deployed smoothly, securely, and on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop automation workflows using RPA tools, BPM systems, or other automation software.
• Configure, test, and implement automation solutions in line with business requirements.
• Collaborate with business units to identify automation opportunities and document current processes.
• Monitor performance of automated processes, troubleshoot issues, and optimise workflows.
• Maintain automation documentation, including workflows, test plans, and performance reports.
• Ensure compliance with internal security and regulatory guidelines.
• Participate in risk assessments related to automated processes.
• Provide support to ongoing IT projects and new initiatives within the area of responsibility.
• Generate and escalate periodic progress reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate banking or a related environment.
• Strong analytical, technical, interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Good understanding of business operations, system requirements and IT processes.

Required skills

• Experience with RPA tools.
• Familiarity with BPM systems.
• Proficiency in automation software development and configuration.
