About the role
Grand Hyatt Kuwait is seeking an Assistant Manager for its Lobby Lounge. The successful candidate will support the efficient operation of the outlet, aligning daily activities with Hyatt International’s corporate strategies, brand standards, and guest expectations.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in managing the Lobby Lounge as an independent profit centre.
- Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction while adhering to budgetary constraints.
- Support the implementation of operating concepts and Hyatt standards.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain service quality and operational efficiency.
Required profile
- Relevant degree, apprenticeship or diploma in Hospitality or restaurant management.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Assistant Outlet Manager, Team Leader or Captain in a hotel or large restaurant with good standards.
- Arabic‑speaking females are preferred for this role.
