Assistant/Associate Professor – Physical Education

About the role

The university seeks full‑time Assistant or Associate Professors in Physical Education to join its Liberal Arts Department starting Fall 2026. The role involves teaching undergraduate courses, advising students, and advancing research within a diverse, interdisciplinary environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and update course materials, including syllabi, presentations, and assignments.
• Deliver student‑centered lectures using Moodle and Banner learning management systems.
• Administer, grade, and provide feedback on formative and summative assessments.
• Maintain regular office hours and participate in faculty meetings.
• Conduct research, publish findings in refereed journals, and contribute to the university’s research agenda.

Required profile

• Ph.D. in Physical Education or a closely related field.
• Demonstrated research capability with publications in peer‑reviewed journals.
• Strong commitment to teaching excellence and undergraduate student advising.
• Ability to thrive in a diverse, fast‑paced, interdisciplinary academic setting.
• Proficiency in oral and written English.
