About the role
The Beauty Advisor represents the brand inside the store, delivering an exceptional retail experience while driving sales of cosmetics and accessories. You will interact directly with customers, advise them on product choices, and ensure the store meets visual and operational standards.
Key responsibilities
- Provide personalized makeup and product recommendations based on customer needs.
- Maintain product displays, visual merchandising standards, and store cleanliness.
- Handle POS transactions, process cash, credit cards, vouchers and issue accurate receipts.
- Monitor inventory movements, record inward/outward stock and minimise loss.
- Promote the loyalty program and convert window‑shoppers into buyers.
Required profile
- Strong knowledge of a wide range of cosmetics and accessories.
- Presentable, well‑groomed and able to uphold brand image.
- Flexible to work extended hours during sales or festival periods.
- Vigilant about store security and attentive to housekeeping standards.
- Excellent customer‑service attitude and ability to work in a fast‑paced retail environment.
