We are seeking a driven and articulate Business Development Executive to join our sales team in Kuwait City. The role focuses on outbound prospecting, client engagement, and generating new business opportunities for our solutions. Key responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to potential clients via calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
• Deliver strong, concise pitches that create interest and open conversations.
• Qualify leads and schedule meetings with decision‑makers.
• Understand client needs and align them with company solutions.
• Maintain consistent follow‑ups and move prospects through the pipeline.
• Work closely with senior sales team members to close deals.

Required profile

• Good command of English in speaking and writing.
• Manageable Arabic proficiency.
• Optimistic, self‑driven, and target‑oriented approach.
• Strong vocabulary and spoken communication.
• Confidence in handling conversations with senior stakeholders.
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection‑handling skills.
