Business Development Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive growth by identifying new opportunities, building relationships, and delivering tailored solutions to clients. The role involves promoting our products and services, managing the sales pipeline, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
• Communicate with clients to understand their needs and offer solutions.
• Develop quotes and proposals for clients.
• Create and manage a sales pipeline.
• Negotiate pricing with customers and suppliers.
• Attend educational programs and conferences.
• Run outbound campaigns (phone calls, emails) to generate sales opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to potential new clients.
• Develop and present customized proposals for each client’s specific business needs.
• Ensure excellent customer service through regular client follow‑up.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a business development manager, sales executive or similar role.
• Demonstrated sales track record.
• Proficiency in English.
• Strong market knowledge.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to build rapport with clients.
• Effective time‑management and planning skills.
• Degree in business administration, sales or a related field.
