Captain Waiter – Arabic Restaurant

About the role

We are seeking an energetic Captain Waiter to lead the front‑of‑house team at a prominent Arabic concept restaurant. The successful candidate will ensure seamless service, uphold high standards, and create memorable dining experiences for our guests.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate wait staff during service periods.
• Welcome guests, manage seating arrangements, and oversee order flow.
• Maintain quality control of food and beverage presentation.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any service issues promptly.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely delivery.

Required profile

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar captain or lead waiter role within an Arabic‑style restaurant.
• Fluent verbal communication in both Arabic and English.
• Local candidates in Kuwait with a transferable visa (Article 18) preferred.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with POS systems, preferably Micros.
