Cargo Operations Officer

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Cargo Operations Officer to manage day‑to‑day cargo activities for our airline partners. The role involves coordinating shipments, monitoring cargo status, and ensuring compliance with airline and airport regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate shipments and bookings with airlines, freight forwarders, and ground handling agents.
• Prepare and verify cargo documentation in line with airline procedures.
• Monitor cargo status, follow up on flights, and resolve operational issues.
• Ensure compliance with airline, airport, and cargo regulatory requirements.
• Maintain effective communication with customers and internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in airline cargo operations or related logistics.
• Strong understanding of cargo regulations and airline procedures.
• Excellent organizational and coordination skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, multi‑stakeholder environment.
