Chef De Partie

About the role

We are looking for a Chef De Partie to lead Calo’s on‑demand cloud kitchen operation in Sabah Al Salem, Kuwait. The role is hands‑on, overseeing a high‑volume, fast‑paced kitchen that prepares healthy à‑la‑carte meals for delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Take full ownership of cloud kitchen operations during the assigned shift.
• Run the kitchen independently, ensuring smooth end‑to‑end production and dispatch of orders.
• Lead, supervise and manage all kitchen staff on shift.
• Plan daily production, workflow and portioning to meet demand while controlling waste.
• Manage inventory, ordering, stock rotation and storage.
• Enforce strict compliance with food safety, hygiene and sanitation regulations.
• Train, coach and evaluate kitchen staff performance.
• Communicate clearly with team members and central kitchen management and resolve operational issues proactively.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Chef De Partie (minimum 5 years in hospitality, dine‑in, à‑la‑carte or high‑volume restaurant kitchens).
• Culinary degree or equivalent professional kitchen experience.
• Ability to lead a team, maintain quality standards and handle challenging situations.
