Civil Engineer – Marine & Ports Projects

About the role

Egis is seeking a dedicated Civil Engineer to contribute to the development of marine and port infrastructure in Kuwait. You will work alongside experienced professionals to design, plan, and deliver projects that shape the built environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop civil engineering solutions for infrastructure projects, including structural analysis, feasibility studies, and technical specifications.
• Conduct site surveys, inspections, and assessments to ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
• Prepare detailed technical drawings, reports, and documentation using CAD software and other industry‑standard tools.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and project managers to ensure seamless project execution.
• Perform engineering calculations and analyze project data to support design decisions.
• Supervise construction activities and monitor quality assurance to meet industry standards.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices to drive innovation.
• Identify and resolve engineering challenges through analytical problem‑solving.
