Client Advisor – Luxury Watches & Jewelry

About the role

We are looking for a Client Advisor to join our luxury watches and jewelry retail team. In this position you will deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales, and help create a welcoming shopping environment for all patrons.

Key responsibilities

• Provide product information and personalized recommendations to customers, focusing on luxury watches and jewelry.
• Build and maintain a database of VIP customers and follow up to nurture relationships.
• Maintain a clean, organized store, restock shelves, and arrange merchandise displays.
• Process transactions accurately using the POS system, handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and stay updated on promotions and new product launches.
• Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.

Required profile

• Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Previous experience in luxury retail sales, preferably with watches and jewelry, and handling VIP customers.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a customer‑centric mindset.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proficiency with basic math and point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Positive attitude, self‑motivated and a team player.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus.
