Club Lounge Agent

About the role

The Club Lounge Agent ensures a warm and personalized welcome for every guest entering the lounge, delivering attentive service throughout their stay. Acting as the primary point of contact, you will manage guest interactions, handle key administrative tasks, and support the overall guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome all guests by name, providing friendly and helpful service at all times.
• Monitor lounge arrivals, including regular, club floor, ICA and VIP guests, and keep logbooks and notice boards up‑to‑date.
• Answer telephone calls promptly, identifying yourself and the department courteously.
• Process identification, issue room keys, and manage safety deposit boxes.
• Anticipate guest needs, record preferences, and respond to messages, requests, questions and concerns.
• Assist guests with billing issues, local information and coordinate with management when required.
• Follow safety procedures, report incidents and wear any required protective equipment.
• Maintain a professional appearance as a brand ambassador and stay informed about daily events and activities.
• Support colleagues with ad‑hoc duties as needed.

Required profile

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on personalized guest service.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment while handling multiple tasks.
• Strong attention to detail, especially when managing IDs, keys and safety deposit boxes.
