CNC Machine Operator – Thermoforming Molds

About the role

The CNC Machine Operator will set up, run and monitor CNC equipment to produce thermoforming mold components in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment in Kuwait. The role focuses on maintaining product quality, safety and efficient production while keeping the work area clean and organized.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines according to production drawings and work orders.
• Load raw materials, start machining cycles and monitor the process.
• Inspect finished parts with vernier calipers, micrometers and other measuring tools to verify compliance with quality standards.
• Perform routine maintenance, report malfunctions and keep accurate production and quality records.
• Follow all safety procedures, company policies and housekeeping standards.
• Collaborate with production and quality teams to meet daily output targets.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.
• Experience operating CNC machines in a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and work orders.
• Basic knowledge of CNC programming is advantageous.
