Construction Manager (Mechanical & Civil) – Oil & Gas

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead mechanical and civil works on oil & gas projects in Kuwait. The role requires strong leadership, project management, and on‑site execution capabilities to ensure safe, timely, and cost‑effective delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all mechanical and civil construction activities for oil & gas projects.
• Ensure projects are executed safely, on schedule, within budget, and meet client specifications.
• Collaborate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Monitor progress, prepare regular reports, and manage project documentation.
• Enforce compliance with HSE, QA/QC, and contractual requirements.
• Resolve site issues, optimise use of manpower, equipment, and materials.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in oil & gas construction, with hands‑on exposure to both disciplines.
• Proven track record managing multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors.
• Strong knowledge of EPC projects, construction methodologies, and HSE standards.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with Primavera P6 or MS Project for scheduling.
