Consultant Reservoir Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Consultant Reservoir Engineer to provide technical consultation and solutions for complex reservoir engineering challenges in Kuwait. The role involves leading multidisciplinary studies and supporting management decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical consultation and define the scope of studies to identify opportunities and improvements.
• Lead and review reservoir engineering studies, forecasts, and field development plans using industry best practices.
• Conduct integrated reservoir analyses such as rate transient analysis, well modeling, reservoir simulation, and performance management.
• Evaluate economic aspects of projects and recommend appraisal and development strategies.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, mentor engineers, and apply risk‑management principles.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Reservoir Engineering, Petroleum Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 20 years of upstream Oil & Gas experience, preferably in E&P environments.
• Master’s or PhD degree is preferred.
