About the role

The Cook will prepare and cook food according to standard procedures, recipe cards and instructions, supporting the Chef de Partie/Demi Chef de Partie in a five‑star luxury hotel environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and cook dishes following recipes, photographs and standard procedures.
• Assist the Chef de Partie/Demi Chef de Partie in establishing and maintaining standard recipes.
• Inspect taste, temperature and visual appeal of dishes, ensuring uniformity and correct portion sizes.
• Maintain food quality, presentation and sanitation standards; keep the kitchen clean and tidy.
• Prepare room amenity items when required.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role within a five‑star luxury hotel.
• Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and thoroughness.
• Good verbal communication in English; Arabic is a plus.
