Custodian Technical Monitor – Kuwait

About the role

The Custodian Technical Monitor supports V2X operations at the WEXMAC site in Kuwait, ensuring all assigned areas meet strict cleaning standards and safety directives.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure assigned areas are cleaned in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and industry standards.
• Capture maintenance work order data for carpet cleaning, preventative inspections, and urgent customer requests using Microsoft Office.
• Perform inventory control, transport supplies to work sites, and monitor usage of equipment.
• Inspect equipment for serviceability and report deficiencies to the supervisor.
• Develop and maintain records, preparing reports on custodial workloads and service requirements.

Required profile

• High school diploma required; associate degree preferred.
• Minimum two years of custodial or carpet‑cleaning experience.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain a local license.
• Ability to work in extreme temperatures up to 130 °F and in harsh desert conditions.

Required skills

• Operation of carpet shampooers and carpet extractors.
• Familiarity with safety procedures for handling linen, blood‑borne pathogens and bed bugs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications for data entry and reporting.
