Cyber Threat Analyst – Top Secret/SCI Clearance

About the role

The Defensive Cyber Operations (DCO) division of V2X is seeking a Cyber Threat Analyst with an active Top Secret/SCI clearance. You will design, automate, and maintain security measures that protect systems, networks, and information for our global mission support operations.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor, detect, analyze, and correlate events using SIEM platforms, Big Data Analytics and related tools.
• Investigate incidents, determine root cause, and execute computer incident handling procedures.
• Perform trend analysis and open‑source research to identify zero‑day exploits and emerging threats.
• Prepare comprehensive technical and executive reports and presentations.
• Configure and optimize detection/prevention capabilities, develop host‑ and network‑based signatures, and standardize TTPs.
• Support the Computer Defense Assistance Program (CDAP) and collaborate on continuous improvement of DCO strategies.
• Maintain compliance knowledge, assist in incident response planning, and share threat intelligence with external agencies.

Required profile

• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
• Strong scripting abilities and experience in systems security administration.
• Proficiency with network security technologies and ability to obtain host‑nation visa and driver’s license.
