About the role

Join Hilton’s hotel kitchen team as a Demi Chef de Partie, where you will help create high‑quality dishes while delivering the warm hospitality the brand is known for. You will work alongside senior chefs and support junior staff to ensure every guest enjoys a memorable dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, season, cook and test dishes according to standard recipes, maintaining consistency in taste and presentation.
• Supervise line cooks and junior kitchen staff, providing guidance and support when senior chefs are unavailable.
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment, preventing cross‑contamination and adhering to food safety standards.
• Monitor ingredient quality, manage proper storage, and rotate stock to ensure freshness.
• Uphold health, safety and sanitation regulations, guaranteeing the wellbeing of guests and team members.
• Assist guests with inquiries promptly, contributing to a positive dining experience.
