Early Years Teacher (EPG)

About the role

We are looking for an Early Years Teacher to deliver the EPG curriculum, creating a supportive and engaging learning environment for young children. The role involves planning age‑appropriate activities, monitoring progress and collaborating with staff and parents to support each child’s development.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement age‑appropriate lesson plans and activities.
• Create a positive and engaging learning environment for young children.
• Deliver the EPG curriculum using appropriate pedagogy, teaching and behavior‑management strategies.
• Foster children’s social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
• Assess and monitor students’ progress and provide constructive feedback to parents.
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive educational program.
• Maintain open communication with parents/guardians about each child’s progress.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent.
• Previous experience working with children in the early years (preferred).
• Passion for working with children and understanding of health and safety requirements in an early years setting.
• Fluency in the English language.
• Computer skills using Microsoft Office and other preschool software.
