About the role

Four Seasons is seeking a qualified Electrician to join its Engineering team at the flagship resort in Kuwait City. The role involves maintaining electrical systems across guest rooms, public areas, and employee housing, ensuring a seamless and safe experience for guests and staff.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to guest complaints and maintenance requests for rooms and public areas.
• Clean and organize engineering stations and maintain departmental order.
• Use electrical hand tools and interpret drawings/blueprints to troubleshoot and repair hazards or malfunctions.
• Install, relocate, or replace equipment as needed and assist shift engineers during major shutdowns.
• Maintain accurate logs of all work performed and report damages within one hour of discovery.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of experience as an electrician in a fast‑paced, luxury environment.
• Attention to detail, strong problem‑solving abilities, and ability to work under pressure.
• Good command of English and ability to work effectively in a team.
• Relevant diploma or degree is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with electrical hand tools such as wire strippers and voltmeters.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and blueprints.
• Expertise in troubleshooting electrical hazards and malfunctions.
• Experience installing and relocating electrical equipment.
