About the role
The Events Operation Manager will lead and motivate the event service team of the largest conference and convention hotel in Kuwait. This position focuses on delivering high‑quality events across a flexible 6000 sqm space, both inside and outside the property. The role demands hands‑on leadership to align the team with hotel operational strategies and brand standards.
Key responsibilities
- Assist, lead, and motivate the event service team to ensure smooth execution of all events.
- Manage a variety of event types, coordinating logistics for both on‑site and off‑site functions.
- Maintain alignment of the event department with overall hotel operational strategies and brand standards.
- Oversee communication and organizational processes to guarantee efficient service delivery.
Required profile
- Strong operational leadership with a proven track record in weddings.
- Exceptional eye for detail and a passion for quality work.
- Leadership qualities combined with an entrepreneurial mindset thriving in fast‑paced environments.
- Refined verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
