Ex-MBB Strategy Consultant – AI Training (Remote)

About the role

Toloka AI’s Mindrift platform is building a Management Consulting domain that translates real consulting engagements into structured learning environments for advanced AI systems. We are looking for former consultants from top‑tier strategy firms to design realistic project scenarios, tasks, and evaluation rubrics that will train next‑generation generative models.

Key responsibilities

• Create detailed consulting project environments, including industry context, financial data, constraints, and ambiguous inputs.
• Design structured AI‑training tasks that mirror real consulting work such as market sizing, commercial due diligence, cost optimization, growth strategy, operational diagnosis, and benchmarking.
• Develop grading frameworks, evaluation rubrics, and golden‑answer solutions for each task to calibrate an LLM‑based grading system.
• Collaborate remotely with a growing team of ex‑consultants to ensure high‑quality, domain‑accurate content.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on project experience at McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Oliver Wyman, Roland Berger, Monitor Deloitte, EY‑Parthenon, Kearney, or Strategy&.
• Proven ability to structure ambiguous client problems into analytical plans and deliver client‑ready recommendations under tight deadlines.
• Experience building financial models, market analyses, and synthesizing messy data into clear insights.
• Comfort presenting and defending recommendations in uncertain environments.
