About the role

The HSE Supervisor provides advice, coaching, and training to operations personnel to ensure effective implementation of health, safety, and environment (HSE) management programs on the rig. The role supports incident investigations, develops improvement practices, and ensures compliance with all HSE requirements.

Key responsibilities

Advise, coach, and train operations personnel on HSE management programs.
Support incident investigations and develop practices to improve performance.
Ensure compliance with all HSE programs and enhance HSE management processes.
Perform any other reasonable duties as requested by the Rig Manager to support rig operations.
