About the role

Join our hospitality team as a Food & Beverage Assistant and bring visual flair and taste to every dish. You will support kitchen operations, maintain high standards of cleanliness, and ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.

Key responsibilities

• Create visually appealing meals that meet our high quality standards.
• Manage kitchen supplies and equipment, minimise waste and report any safety concerns.
• Follow health, hygiene and fire‑life safety procedures, wearing required protective gear.
• Maintain cleanliness in line with local regulations and assist with washing up and other kitchen duties as needed.
• Provide guests with helpful information and respond to queries to enhance their experience.
• Wear the uniform with pride and perform ad‑hoc tasks when the team requires extra support.

Required profile

• Understanding of health, hygiene and fire‑life safety policies.
• Familiarity with emergency and evacuation procedures.
• Ability to log security incidents, accidents and near‑misses promptly.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast‑paced kitchen environment.
