Food & Beverage Assistant Server

About the role

Join the Four Seasons team in Kuwait City as an Assistant Server, delivering exceptional food and beverage service in a luxury, five‑star environment.

Key responsibilities

• Describe menu items to guests with vivid details on origin, taste, and preparation.
• Communicate orders to the kitchen, coordinate timing, and ensure accurate delivery.
• Anticipate guest needs, respond to requests, and maintain high satisfaction.
• Set up, break down, and clean tables, buffets, and food stations.
• Retrieve and stock linen, china, silverware, glassware, and F&B items.
• Complete opening and closing side work as assigned.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role at a five‑star luxury hotel.
• Ability to work well under pressure and pay close attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Active listening skills.
