Food & Beverage Attendant – Hotel Service

About the role

The Food & Beverage Attendant supports restaurant managers in delivering food and beverage service according to departmental standards. The role ensures guest satisfaction, maintains high hygiene standards, and assists with daily outlet preparation in a hotel environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation of the outlet, including setting up waiter stations, buffet service, and table settings.
• Clean and maintain equipment, glassware, flatware, and china to ensure service readiness.
• Interact with guests, solicit feedback, and address complaints promptly.
• Handle mini‑bar duties such as stocking, checking inventory, and recording replacements.
• Receive and store goods, assist with cellar operations, and maintain hygienic standards.
• Support restaurant managers in delivering F&B service in line with company procedures.
• Participate in daily briefings, training programs, and maintain effective employee relationships.

Required profile

• Preferably a university degree.
• At least two years of experience in hotel or restaurant operations.
• Excellent English communication skills, both oral and written.
• Presentable appearance and a strong team‑player attitude.
