About the role

As a Food & Beverage Service Expert in the Executive Lounge, you will create memorable dining experiences for guests by delivering attentive, high‑quality service. You will work closely with the kitchen and front‑of‑house teams to ensure seamless operations and uphold Marriott’s standards of hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and maintain dining areas, ensuring tables are properly arranged and supplies are stocked.
• Take guest orders, communicate accurately with the kitchen, and serve food and beverages promptly.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to health and safety policies.
• Handle guest inquiries and requests with professionalism, enhancing the overall experience.
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including cleaning work areas and restocking supplies.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Less than one year of related food‑and‑beverage experience.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift objects up to 25 lb (50 lb with assistance) for extended periods.
• Strong communication skills and a professional appearance.
