Food & Beverage Supervisor – Arabic Speaker

About the role

The Food & Beverage Supervisor will lead daily F&B operations at an IHG hotel in Kuwait, ensuring service meets brand standards. You will coach a team, manage guest interactions, and maintain high quality and safety throughout the outlets.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily Food & Beverage service, guaranteeing smooth operations and brand compliance.
• Lead shift briefings, assign work, schedule staff and coordinate service flow.
• Monitor reservations, table arrangements and guest flow to maximise efficiency.
• Handle cash, POS transactions, billing and shift closing with accuracy.
• Assist with inventory, stock control, requisitions and waste minimisation.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, health and safety regulations.
• Support special events, promotions and collaborate with Kitchen, Banquets and other departments.

Required profile

• Diploma or equivalent experience in Hospitality or Food & Beverage Management.
• At least 4 years of F&B experience, preferably in an international hotel.
• Previous supervisory or team‑leading experience.
• Strong guest‑focused mindset with ability to handle complaints professionally.
• Good written and spoken English; Arabic language skills are preferred.
