General Manager – Luxury Beauty & Wellness

About the role

The General Manager will lead La Plus Belle Co.'s beauty, spa, and fitness facilities, ensuring exceptional service, operational excellence, and profitable growth. This senior position requires overseeing daily operations, driving brand positioning, and managing a multicultural team.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the beauty centre, spa, and fitness facilities, ensuring compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality standards.
• Develop and implement operational policies, SOPs, and service standards.
• Manage budgets, financial plans, and P&L; identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and service expansions.
• Achieve revenue and profitability targets.
• Lead, train, and motivate a large multicultural team; handle staff scheduling, performance reviews, and succession planning.
• Ensure outstanding customer service, handle escalations, and maintain the brand’s luxury reputation.
• Oversee marketing initiatives and brand‑building strategies.
• Provide regular operational and financial reports to senior management; monitor KPIs and ensure compliance with local labour, health, and safety regulations.

Required profile

• Minimum 8–10 years’ experience in a senior managerial role within beauty, luxury retail, hospitality, or wellness.
• Experience in luxury beauty, spa, or wellness environments is highly preferred.
• Strong business acumen with proven financial management experience.
• Excellent leadership, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (MBA preferred).
• Bilingual Arabic & English is an advantage.
