Guest Arrival Expert – Valet

About the role

As a Guest Arrival Expert – Valet you will be the first and last point of contact for guests at our hotel in Kuwait City. You will create memorable first impressions during arrivals and ensure a warm, smooth departure experience, reflecting the brand’s luxury standards.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and assist with luggage, valet, and transportation needs.
• Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services.
• Process operational tasks such as check‑in/check‑out assistance, report completion, and handling guest requests.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment while moving, lifting (up to 50 lb unassisted, over 75 lb with assistance) and transporting items.
• Uphold company policies, confidentiality, and professional appearance at all times.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No prior related work experience required.
• No supervisory experience or specific licenses needed.
