Guest Service Agent Front Desk

About the role

As a Guest Service Agent at the front desk, you will be the first point of contact for guests, creating welcoming first impressions and ensuring every stay is memorable. You will support the overall guest services operation, working closely with lobby and bell teams to deliver consistent, high‑quality hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate department activities and assist lobby and bell team members as needed.
• Respond promptly and professionally to phone, email, and in‑person inquiries from guests and team members.
• Greet guests warmly, provide directions, local recommendations, and general information to enhance their experience.
• Organise and verify group documentation, rooming lists, and related paperwork to ensure accurate delivery of amenities and luggage.
• Provide administrative support such as word processing, data entry, filing, and copying for department managers.

Required profile

• Previous experience in hotel front desk, guest services, or a related hospitality role (preferred).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships.
• Fluency in Arabic and English, with strong verbal communication in both languages (preferred).
• Flexible availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
• Legal authorization to work in Kuwait in accordance with Kuwait Labor Law.
