Guest Service Officer – Front Office

About the role

As a Guest Service Officer in the Front Office, you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a consistently high level of service throughout their stay. You will work closely with the Rooms division to support smooth operations across front desk and reservations.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver courteous and efficient service to all guests, handling check‑in, check‑out and inquiries.
• Manage reservation requests, modifications and cancellations using the hotel’s booking system.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance and other departments to fulfill guest requests promptly.
• Maintain accurate guest records and ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
• Identify and resolve guest issues, escalating when necessary to maintain satisfaction.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in Hospitality, Tourism Management or a related field.
• Minimum two years of experience in hotel operations or front‑office roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Native‑level proficiency in Arabic and strong English language skills.
