About the role
The Principal is responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of campus activities and ensuring the delivery of high‑quality education to students. Acting as the main figurehead for faculty, the role involves evaluating staff performance and maintaining a safe, nurturing learning environment.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily campus operations and ensure academic standards are met.
- Serve as the primary liaison for parents, stakeholders, and the community.
- Evaluate and support faculty performance and professional development.

Required profile
- Native English speaker preferred.
- 5‑7 years experience as a principal or vice‑principal.
- Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
- Proven problem‑solving capabilities.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
