Institutional Client Account Manager – EMEA

About the role

Franklin Templeton is a forward‑thinking asset manager that builds dynamic relationships with institutional investors across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. The Institutional Client Service EMEA team supports these investors through ongoing servicing, partnership with sales, investment and operations, and delivery of an exceptional client experience. This role will manage a portfolio of institutional clients in the Middle East and act as their trusted day‑to‑day service contact.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of institutional clients across the Middle East, serving as the primary point of contact.
• Coordinate client enquiries through to resolution and support onboarding of new mandates and accounts.
• Lead and support client meetings in Arabic and English, preparing presentations and service materials.
• Oversee client reporting, maintain accurate client and mandate records, and monitor service quality and risks.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, support governance, audit and control activities, and share knowledge with colleagues.
• Build strong partnerships across the business to enhance the overall client experience.

Required profile

• Three to four years of experience in institutional client service.
• Proven experience supporting institutional client relationships.
• Willingness to travel when required.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
• Understanding of Middle Eastern institutional clients and markets.
