Logistics Analyst (TS/SCI Clearance)

About the role

CACI is seeking a Logistics Analyst II to support a mission‑critical program in Kuwait. The analyst will provide logistics technology and information to ensure effective, economical support for products, services, equipment and systems.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze day‑to‑day provisioning, spares, and maintenance/repair activities for one or more programs.
• Conduct inventory, distribution and network studies; monitor inventory and develop strategies to meet delivery targets.
• Collect, process and maintain data; produce supply‑chain reports and metrics on transportation costs, parts procurement, back‑orders and delivery performance.
• Identify cost‑effective procedures, recommend improvements, and perform SWOT analysis of the supply chain.
• Document and track material flow from requestor through vendor, freight forwarder, receiving hub and site to ensure accurate receipt, invoicing and payment.
• Provide analytical support for projects, new business opportunities and proposals.
• Coordinate logistics activities with internal and external customers; serve as point of contact for order status and supply‑chain queries.
• Develop and refine internal analysis tools; mentor lower‑level analysts as needed.
• Execute shipping, receiving, stock control and accounting tasks, including verification of quantities against contracts and purchase requests.

Required profile

• Active TS/SCI clearance.
• Experience in logistics or supply‑chain analysis, preferably at a mid‑level (Logistics Analyst II).
• Ability to lead and guide junior analysts.
• Strong understanding of inventory management, material control and accounting procedures.
