Manager, Management Operations Center (MOC)

About the role

The Management Operations Center (MOC) Manager will be based in Kuwait City and will support the WEXMAC program. Reporting to senior leadership, you will lead an operations team that monitors workload, controls costs, and ensures the technical performance of the program meets client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop detailed work plans, schedules, resource allocations and status reports for the WEXMAC KU program.
• Oversee the delivery of all program and contract deliverables, ensuring compliance with the Technical Data Package (TDP).
• Monitor contract workload, CDRL submittals, and manage METs (Milestone Evaluation Tools).
• Analyze directorate submittals and coordinate with Public Works, Information Management, Logistics, Emergency Services, Supply Chain, Business Advisories and Program Managers.
• Serve as the primary client contact for status updates, performance metrics and contract compliance.
• Identify project issues, develop monitoring mechanisms and drive corrective actions.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years (60 months) of experience in operations or program management.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and liaise with multiple directorates.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a focus on cost, schedule and performance.
• Experience working in a contract‑driven environment and ensuring compliance.
