About the role

We are seeking an experienced Market Research & Performance Analysis Manager to lead market intelligence, competitive analysis, and business performance activities. You will turn market and business data into clear insights that support strategic planning, growth, and performance improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage market research plans aligned with business strategy.
• Conduct market sizing, segmentation, customer behavior, demand, and industry analysis.
• Monitor market trends, economic indicators, regulations, and emerging technologies.
• Create market intelligence dashboards and regular insight reports.
• Track competitors, pricing, products, and business strategies, translating insights into recommendations.
• Develop and maintain KPIs and performance measurement frameworks.
• Analyze financial, operational, and commercial performance to identify gaps and opportunities.
• Prepare performance reports, dashboards, presentations, and executive summaries for senior management.
• Coordinate with internal teams, research agencies, consultants, and data providers.
• Guide and develop junior analysts to strengthen analytical capabilities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Marketing, Data Analytics or related field (Master’s a plus).
• 6‑8+ years of experience in market research, business analysis, performance management or strategy.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a track record of turning data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder‑management skills.

• Advanced knowledge of Excel.
• Advanced knowledge of PowerPoint.
• Proficiency with data visualization tools.
