At Boutiqaat we’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator who is organized, curious, proactive, and excited by the fast‑moving world of marketing. You’ll be at the heart of our marketing activities, coordinating campaigns, supporting influencers and celebrities, monitoring social media trends, and ensuring every detail moves forward on time.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate marketing requirements, approvals, timelines and campaign materials across internal teams and external partners.
• Support planning and execution of campaigns, promotions, events, exhibitions and product launches.
• Maintain organized records, databases of influencers, campaigns and marketing contacts.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis and monitor social media channels for trends.
• Track campaign performance, collect metrics and prepare activity reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field (MBA is a plus).
• 0–2 years of experience in marketing, influencer or digital marketing.
• Fluent in English and Arabic with strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and able to juggle multiple priorities.
• Proactive, adaptable and eager to learn new marketing and digital skills.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office proficiency, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
• Experience with marketing analytics and reporting tools.
