Marketing Executive

About the role

CODED, the first tech and AI academy in the Arab world, is looking for a Marketing Executive who can turn campaign mandates into compelling copy, visual assets, and high‑performing distribution. This AI‑native role blends creative writing, video production, and performance marketing to drive lead generation and brand awareness.

Key responsibilities

• Write conversion‑focused copy in Arabic and English for ads, landing pages, emails, scripts and event messaging, adapting tone for diverse audiences.
• Produce short‑form video content end‑to‑end, including concept, script, shoot, edit and publish, and create motion graphics that capture attention.
• Leverage AI tools (Midjourney, Runway, Firefly, Sora, ChatGPT/Claude) to generate mood boards, storyboards, visual variants and automate repetitive marketing tasks.
• Manage posting and paid campaigns across Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, Snapchat and Meta platforms, handling audience targeting, budget pacing and performance reporting.
• Own the content calendar, coordinate timelines, and report on campaign results, feeding learnings into future initiatives.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of hands‑on marketing experience with a proven portfolio of copy, video and motion‑graphics work.
• Exceptional bilingual copywriting skills (Arabic & English) and a native Kuwaiti accent for audience relevance.
• High creativity, ability to generate ideas independently and execute them quickly.
• Analytical mindset to interpret performance data and optimise campaigns under deadline pressure.
• Organised, proactive and comfortable owning end‑to‑end campaign delivery.
