Marketing Executive

About the role

You will own our clients' social media accounts, shaping strategy, planning monthly content, and handling day‑to‑day execution. As the main social point of contact, you translate client goals into deliverables for the creative team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of 4–9 client accounts and maintain strong relationships.
• Develop and present social and marketing strategies, audience definitions, tone, content themes and goals.
• Create monthly content plans, obtain client approval, and ensure timely publication.
• Brief the creative team, track tasks, deadlines and revisions until delivery.
• Monitor posting schedules, maintain brand consistency, and produce monthly performance reports with insights.
• Identify emerging trends in Kuwait ahead of competitors.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience managing social media accounts, preferably in an agency setting.
• Proven ability to write social strategies, monthly plans and present them to clients.
• Strong workflow management skills: briefs, timelines, feedback and approvals.
• Excellent writing in English and Arabic; a natural Kuwaiti tone is a plus.
• Calm under pressure with demanding clients and firm on meeting deadlines.
