Marketing Manager

About the role

CODED, the first tech and AI academy in the Arab world, is looking for a Marketing Manager to own the full‑funnel customer acquisition process across individual, youth and enterprise segments. The role combines demand‑generation, admissions conversion and team leadership to deliver measurable enrollment targets.

Key responsibilities

• Own the acquisition target, break it down by segment, channel and month, and monitor funnel health weekly.
• Build and maintain admissions forecasts, analyse trends, and implement corrective actions before shortfalls occur.
• Set campaign mandates, allocate budget, brief execution teams and ensure campaigns meet objectives, timeline and ROI.
• Directly manage marketing, admissions and sales teams, set KPIs, coach performance and scale resources with part‑time or freelance talent as needed.

Required profile

• 5+ years of marketing experience with direct ownership of revenue or acquisition targets.
• Strong data‑driven mindset, proven budget ownership and ability to forecast and mitigate risk.
• People‑management experience, preferably overseeing sales or admissions functions.
• Fluent in Arabic and English; experience in education, EdTech or high‑consideration B2C/B2B sales is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AI tools used for marketing automation and analytics.
• Hands‑on experience with CRM platforms and conversion analytics.
