Occupational Therapist II – Inpatient Rehab

About the role

The Occupational Therapist II provides autonomous, accountable care to a complex inpatient rehabilitation population. This role supports professional growth while delivering age‑appropriate therapeutic interventions.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver occupational therapy services to inpatient rehab patients during day shift (7:15 a.m. – 4:15 p.m.).
• Maintain departmental competencies and complete orientation requirements.
• Uphold career‑ladder Level II standards and documentation.
• Ensure patient safety by obtaining CPR certification if not already certified.
• Collaborate with the therapy team to enhance patient outcomes.

Required profile

• Active Arkansas State Board license in Occupational Therapy.
• BS, MS, or DOT in Occupational Therapy.
• Less than one year of professional experience is acceptable.
• Willingness to work the designated day shift and meet bi‑weekly 80‑hour schedule.
• Ability to obtain CPR certification upon hire.
