OCN Monitor/Escort

About the role

The OCN Monitor/Escort is responsible for escorting un‑cleared Local National (LN) and Other Country National (OCN) personnel into work zones, monitoring their activities, and ensuring compliance with base security procedures. This position requires constant vigilance, accurate logging of personnel and vehicles, and coordination with force‑protection teams.

Key responsibilities

• Escort LN/OCN personnel from entry facilities to work sites and back, maintaining visual contact at all times.
• Log in and out all LN/OCN contractors, count personnel before and after duties, and report numbers to the appropriate staff.
• Brief escorted personnel on base rules, prohibited items, and safety procedures.
• Ensure no prohibited or contraband items are brought onto the base.
• Maintain situational awareness, alerting security or project managers to unsafe conditions or suspicious behavior.
• Provide safety measures such as evacuating to protective shelters if required.

Required profile

• U.S. citizenship with a valid U.S. passport (preferred) and a clean U.S. driver’s license.
• Ability to meet all current USCENTCOM deployment policy requirements and obtain a residency visa for the host nation.
• Willingness to work in extreme environmental conditions, including dust, high temperatures, and long hours.
• 100% overseas deployment readiness and a NACI/Public Trust security clearance.
