About the role
Bartone is seeking an experienced Office Administrator to oversee day‑to‑day office administration, correspondence, records, reports and office supplies in Kuwait. The role also involves preparing Excel trackers and providing daily administrative support to management, requiring a highly organized and detail‑oriented professional.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily office administration, correspondence, records and reports.
- Maintain office supplies and coordinate administrative activities.
- Prepare and update Excel trackers for various projects.
- Support management with routine administrative requirements.
Required profile
- Male candidate currently residing in Kuwait.
- Minimum 3 years experience as an Office Administrator.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
- Transferable residency and immediate availability.
- Valid Kuwait driving licence preferred.
Required skills
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word.
- Overall competence with Microsoft Office suite.
