About the role

The Operations Administrator will shape daily operations, ensuring processes run smoothly and efficiently while coordinating the workforce using ERPNext.

Key responsibilities

Own and structure day‑to‑day operational execution, managing workforce coordination.
Utilize ERPNext to streamline processes, improve data accuracy and reduce manual errors.
Audit rosters for accuracy and compliance, addressing discrepancies promptly.
Design, document and improve workflows related to operations, HR processes and employee movement.
Coordinate client changes and ensure cross‑departmental readiness.
Conduct follow‑ups on pending tasks to meet timelines and standards.

Required profile

Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
Effective communication skills for cross‑department liaison.
Proactive approach to identifying and implementing process improvements.

Required skills

Proficiency in ERPNext systems.
Advanced Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting.
Competence with Microsoft Office Suite.
